Chanmé International – Cancellation & Refunds
At Chanmé International, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes. Each fragrance is carefully blended, bottled, and packaged to deliver a luxury experience.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order once a refund for the incorrect/damaged product has been issued.
