At Chanmé International, we ensure your perfumes are packaged with care and delivered safely.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Remote/Outstation locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹1,499.

Tracking:

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

Delays:

Delivery delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
